Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days depending on area of delivery. Please be aware delays may occur.

Shipping Price: $8.30 - $13.50 depending on area of delivery and size of box.

DAMAGES

Herbal Cup Tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

Please request email authorization from us before sending returns. Any returns made without email authorization will not honoured.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Products to be returned must be sealed, unopened and unused. Returns can be sent to PO Box 352132, Los Angeles CA 90035.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping costs related to returning your order. You will be refunded the cost spent on our products but not the cost of shipping. Refunds will be granted after we receive and inspect the products that were returned.
