We offer certain programs that may be considered "financial incentives" under the CCPA/CPRA because they involve the collection of personal information in exchange for benefits:
- Newsletter Signup Discount: New email subscribers may receive a 10% discount on their first order. This requires providing your email address.
- Subscribe & Save Program: Subscribers receive a 15% discount on recurring orders and free shipping. This requires providing your email, shipping address, and payment information for recurring billing.
You may opt into these programs voluntarily by providing the requested information. You may withdraw from the newsletter at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at no penalty. The value of the discount is a reasonable estimate of the value of the data provided, based on the expense related to collecting and storing such data.
6. Data Retention
- Order and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.
- Email Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email is moved to a suppression list to ensure you are not re-contacted.
