How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Opened or unopened — both accepted. We know you can't judge a tea without tasting it.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the item is damaged or defective, we cover it — you'll get a prepaid shipping label. For taste preference returns, shipping is on you. Either way, the refund process is the same.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Absolutely. Tell us what you'd like instead and we'll send it your way. We'd rather help you find the perfect blend than lose you entirely.
What about subscription orders?
Cancel before the next shipment date for a full refund of unshipped orders. Already shipped? Follow the standard return process above.
