Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order here.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We ship all orders from our FDA-registered facility in California, USA via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once packages are in the carrier's possession.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your tea. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30-day of delivery for a full refund.
Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened products: If you've tried a tea and it's not right for you, contact us. We'll offer an exchange for a different blend or store credit — because we'd rather find you the perfect cup than lose you entirely.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Within 30-day of the delivery date
• In original, unopened packaging (for full refund)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
We cannot accept returns on items that are opened and more than 50% consumed, items purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, TJ Maxx, etc.), or gift cards.
How to Return

Ship It Back
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Get Refunded
Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or defective items? We'll replace them at no cost. Just email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on weekdays ship the same day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're actively working on expanding internationally. Contact us if you're interested in international availability.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! Email us at info@herbalcuptea.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
Can I return an opened product?
Yes — if you've tried a tea and it's not for you, we'll offer an exchange or store credit. We'd rather help you find the perfect blend than leave you disappointed. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
