If you like chamomile but want more than one flavor in the cup, our original Anti-Stress tea pairs it with linden and lavender flowers and the soft sweetness of licorice root. The full recipe has thirteen USDA Organic herbs and no caffeine.

Where the Anti-Stress Line Began

Sometimes you don't need anything fancy. You need a cup of tea and five minutes of quiet.

This is where our Anti-Stress line began. Our founder's original recipe — thirteen herbs, carefully chosen, with chamomile, linden, and lavender flowers as the notes you recognize first. No single ingredient dominates. Instead, every herb plays a supporting role, creating something soft, layered, and complete.

In Ayurvedic tradition, formulation is about balance — not about one star ingredient, but about how the herbs fit together. This tea reflects that philosophy. Chamomile and lavender bring the floral top notes. Linden flowers add a honey-like softness. Valerian root rounds out the base. Tulsi and spearmint keep the finish clean and fresh.

Our founder calls it just an Anti-Stress tea. No complicated story. No hero ingredient. Thirteen herbs, and a few minutes to yourself.

If you've tried our Anti-Stress Ashwagandha blend, one of our best sellers, this is the recipe it grew from. Ashwagandha root is in this cup too, one of thirteen herbs sitting in the background; the Ashwagandha version moves it to the front of the blend for a deeper, earthier cup.

What Chamomile, Linden & Lavender Tea Tastes Like

🌼 First sip: Soft chamomile warmth with a gentle, honey-like sweetness from linden flowers 🌸 Mid-palate: Delicate lavender florals and a quiet earthiness — rounded by licorice root's natural sweetness 🍃 Finish: A clean, cool lift from spearmint that leaves the palate fresh and open

Tasting notes: floral · lightly sweet · soft herbal depth · gentle lavender · clean mint finish

Our customers' favorite add-ins:

  • Honey — the natural companion to chamomile and linden
  • A splash of warm milk — for a cozy, creamy evening cup
  • Nothing at all — the licorice root and linden give it a gentle sweetness on its own

How to Brew This Chamomile Lavender Tea

Standard cup: Pour freshly boiled water (200-212°F) over one tea bag. Steep 5-7 minutes. Leave the tea bag in the cup for a fuller, more aromatic experience.

Stronger brew: Use two bags or steep 10+ minutes. Gently press the tea bag with a spoon before removing to release every last drop of herbal extract. This blend stays smooth with a longer steep — it only gets richer and more fragrant.

Evening ritual: Steep one bag in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag. Add a drizzle of honey if you like. Drink it warm, whenever you need a pause — morning, afternoon, or evening. This is a tea for any hour.

Chamomile lavender latte: Brew one bag in a small amount of hot water (about 4 oz) for 10 minutes. Add warm oat milk or whole milk and a teaspoon of honey. The chamomile and lavender become incredibly smooth and creamy — a caffeine-free alternative to your afternoon or evening drink.

Iced floral tea: Brew two bags in 8 oz of hot water for 10 minutes. Let cool, pour over ice, and add a squeeze of fresh lemon. The lavender and chamomile come through beautifully cold.

Chamomile, Linden & Lavender Tea — FAQ

What does Ayurveda Tea Anti Stress taste like? The flavor is soft and floral — chamomile leads, with a gentle honey-like sweetness from linden flowers and a delicate lavender note in the background. Licorice root adds a natural sweetness, so many people find they don't need any sweetener. Spearmint keeps the finish clean and fresh. It is a layered, gentle cup rather than a single-note chamomile.

Is this tea caffeine-free? Can I drink it in the evening? Yes, this blend is naturally caffeine-free. It contains no green tea, black tea, or any caffeinated ingredients. Many of our customers enjoy it as part of their evening ritual, though it is equally lovely at any time of day.

How many herbs are in this tea? Thirteen. This is one of the most complex formulas in our line — chamomile, lavender, linden flowers, valerian root, tulsi, spearmint, and seven more organic botanicals. In Ayurvedic tradition, formulation is about balance and harmony, not a single star ingredient.

How is this different from the Anti-Stress Ashwagandha tea? This is the original recipe — the starting point. It is chamomile-forward, floral, and gentle. Both blends contain ashwagandha root. Here it is one herb among thirteen, well down the ingredient list; the Ashwagandha version puts it first and builds the cup around it, which makes for a deeper, earthier flavor. Think of this as the floral one and the Ashwagandha version as the earthy one.

How should I brew it for the best experience? Pour freshly boiled water over one tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes. For a richer cup, steep longer — this blend only gets deeper with time. Leave the bag in the cup and gently squeeze before removing. Best enjoyed warm, with honey if desired.

What is the best time of day to drink this tea? Any time you want to give yourself a quiet moment. There is no caffeine in this blend. It is simply a gentle, floral cup designed around the idea of a pause. Morning, afternoon, evening — whenever your day needs a break.

Founder's Note

"This is just an antistress tea. We use chamomile, linden, lavender flowers. This is where the Anti-Stress line started, and it is still a beautiful tea on its own. Sometimes simple is what you need." — Founder of Herbal Cup Tea
