Hook
This is the tea that started the Anti-Stress line — and the recipe our founder returns to when he wants something soft, floral, and unhurried. Sixteen organic herbs led by chamomile, lavender flowers, and linden leaves, blended in our California facility using an Ayurvedic formula designed around one simple idea: give yourself a pause.
Story
Sometimes you don't need a complex formula. You need a cup of tea and five minutes of quiet.
This is where our Anti-Stress line began. Our founder's original recipe — sixteen herbs, carefully chosen, with chamomile, linden leaves, and lavender flowers leading the blend. No single ingredient dominates. Instead, every herb plays a supporting role, creating something soft, layered, and complete.
In Ayurvedic tradition, formulation is about balance — not about one star ingredient, but about how everything works together. This tea reflects that philosophy. Chamomile and lavender bring the floral calm. Linden flowers add a honey-like softness. Passion flower and valerian root round out the base. Tulsi and spearmint keep the finish clean and fresh.
Our founder describes it simply: "Just an antistress tea, to basically calm your system down, to give your body the break that it needs." That honesty is the soul of this blend. No complicated story. No hero ingredient. Just sixteen herbs working in harmony, and the permission to slow down.
If you've tried our Anti-Stress Ashwagandha blend (#1 best seller), this is where that recipe started — the gentler, lighter original before ashwagandha was layered in to create the enhanced version.
What You'Ll Taste
🌼 First sip: Soft chamomile warmth with a gentle, honey-like sweetness from linden flowers 🌸 Mid-palate: Delicate lavender florals and a quiet earthiness — rounded by licorice root's natural sweetness and the subtle depth of passion flower 🍃 Finish: A clean, cool lift from spearmint that leaves the palate fresh and open
Tasting notes: floral · lightly sweet · soft herbal depth · gentle lavender · clean mint finish
Our customers' favorite add-ins:
- Honey — the natural companion to chamomile and linden
- A splash of warm milk — for a cozy, creamy evening cup
- Nothing at all — the licorice root and linden give it a gentle sweetness on its own
How To Brew
Standard cup: Pour freshly boiled water (200-212°F) over one tea bag. Steep 5-7 minutes. Leave the tea bag in the cup for a fuller, more aromatic experience.
Stronger brew: Use two bags or steep 10+ minutes. Gently press the tea bag with a spoon before removing to release every last drop of herbal extract. Herbal teas never turn bitter — they only get richer and more fragrant.
Evening ritual: Steep one bag in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag. Add a drizzle of honey if you like. Drink it as warm as possible, whenever you need a pause — morning, afternoon, or evening. This is the tea that works at any hour.
Chamomile lavender latte: Brew one bag in a small amount of hot water (about 4 oz) for 10 minutes. Add warm oat milk or whole milk and a teaspoon of honey. The chamomile and lavender become incredibly smooth and creamy — a caffeine-free alternative to your afternoon or evening drink.
Iced floral tea: Brew two bags in 8 oz of hot water for 10 minutes. Let cool, pour over ice, and add a squeeze of fresh lemon. The lavender and chamomile come through beautifully cold.

Faq
What does Ayurveda Tea Anti Stress taste like? The flavor is soft and floral — chamomile leads, with a gentle honey-like sweetness from linden flowers and a delicate lavender note in the background. Licorice root adds a natural sweetness that means most people don't need to add any sweetener. Spearmint keeps the finish clean and fresh. It is a layered, gentle cup — not one-note like most calming teas.
Is this tea caffeine-free? Can I drink it in the evening? Yes, this blend is naturally caffeine-free. It contains no green tea, black tea, or any caffeinated ingredients. Many of our customers enjoy it as part of their evening ritual, though it is equally lovely at any time of day.
How many herbs are in this tea? Sixteen. This is one of the most complex formulas in our line — chamomile, lavender, linden flowers, passion flower, valerian root, tulsi, spearmint, and nine more organic botanicals. In Ayurvedic tradition, formulation is about balance and harmony, not a single star ingredient.
How is this different from the Anti-Stress Ashwagandha tea? This is the original recipe — the starting point. It is chamomile-forward, floral, and gentle. The Anti-Stress Ashwagandha blend takes this foundation and layers in ashwagandha root as the anchor, creating a deeper, earthier, more grounding cup. Think of this as the gentle one and the Ashwagandha version as the deep one.
How should I brew it for the best experience? Pour freshly boiled water over one tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes. For a richer cup, steep longer — herbal teas only get deeper with time. Leave the bag in the cup and gently squeeze before removing. Best enjoyed as warm as possible, with honey if desired.
What is the best time of day to drink this tea? Any time you want to give yourself a quiet moment. There is no caffeine and no ingredients that cause drowsiness — it is simply a gentle, floral cup designed around the idea of a pause. Morning, afternoon, evening — whenever your day needs a break.
FOUNDER'S NOTE
"This is just an antistress tea, to basically calm your system down, to give your body the break that it needs. We use a lot of chamomile, linden leaves, lavender flowers — about 16 herbs. They all work together. This is where the Anti-Stress line started, and it is still a beautiful tea on its own. Sometimes simple is what you need." — Founder of Herbal Cup Tea
