Hook
Moringa Oleifera leaves are one of the most concentrated nutritional plants in the world — well known for their nutritional value and superfood status. We blended ours with fragrant warming ginger root to create a mild-tasting, refreshing, energetic beverage. Lemon peel adds a citrusy zesty flavor — healing herbs in a cup.
Story
In Ayurveda, moringa is called "shigru" — and across South Asia and Africa it is grown next to kitchens for daily use. The leaves are one of the richest sources of essential nutrients in the plant world.
The challenge with moringa tea is the flavor. Solo moringa can taste flat. Our solution is the Ayurvedic citrus combo:
- Organic Ginger Root — a universal warming spice, aromatic and slightly spicy, used as oil, powder, dried or raw across cultures.
- Organic Lemon Peel — real peel, not flavoring. Adds the refreshing zesty tart taste that lifts the moringa.
- Organic Hibiscus Flowers — bright tart flavor, deepens the color of the cup.
The blend is balanced enough to drink every morning and bright enough to enjoy iced in the afternoon.
What You'll Taste
🌱 First sip: Soft, leafy moringa with hibiscus tartness 🍋 Mid-palate: Real lemon peel zest — bright and clean 🌶️ Finish: Warming ginger root, gentle and lingering
Our customers' favorite add-ins: - Honey — pairs naturally with the lemon - A slice of fresh ginger — extra warming - Iced with a slice of orange — for summer
How to Brew
Standard cup: Pour boiling water (200–212°F) over one tea bag. Steep 5–7 minutes.
Stronger brew: Two bags or 10+ minutes. Press the bag with a spoon — moringa releases more flavor with patience.
Morning ritual: Brew one cup in the morning with honey. Many customers swap their afternoon coffee for an iced version of this.
Iced: Brew strong, cool, pour over ice with extra lemon. A clean alternative to sweet iced tea.
